This is a video from a motorcyclist who was eventually caught for numerous things including baiting police into chasing him. Its a new thing these fools on bikes are now doing. They mount a video recorder on the back of their bikes, then bait police into chasing them for the film footage. All they are doing is putting many innocent peoples live at risk with these stupid antics. This guys showed off his video to his friends, one turned him in. He was going over 130 mph in this stunt.
